You’ve probably spent years wondering why staying on top of your home seems so much harder for you than it does for everyone else. You’re an adult who knows how to tidy. You know where things belong. You know what needs to be done. And yet somehow, actually doing it can feel almost impossible.
You’re brilliant at your job. People rely on you. You remember birthdays, juggle appointments, solve problems, meet deadlines, and keep a ridiculous number of plates spinning.
But then you look around your home and see the paperwork you’ve been meaning to deal with, the clean laundry that never quite makes it into the wardrobe, and another “I’ll deal with that later” pile taking over the kitchen counter.
And that’s when the all too familiar question comes up: How can I be so capable in so many areas of my life, but completely stuck when it comes to my home?
If you’ve been asking yourself that question lately, I want you to know there is a reason this feels so hard. And it has nothing to do with you being lazy, incapable, or lacking discipline.

Most of them were exhausted. None of them were lazy.
The problem wasn't that they didn't know how to organise a home. There was something else getting in the way.
In this workshop, I'll show you what's really behind the doom piles, and why understanding your ADHD brain changes the way you approach your home.
◦◦ Why the decluttering and organising systems you’ve tried haven’t worked for your ADHD brain, and what needs to change.
◦◦ The surprising reason your home can feel so much harder to stay on top of than other areas of your life, even when you’re highly capable elsewhere.
◦◦ Why traditional organising advice can send ADHD women straight into a shame spiral instead of actually helping them make progress.
◦◦ The mindset shift that changes how you approach your home, so you can stop fighting yourself every time something needs to get done.
◦◦ Where to start when you’ve been overwhelmed by your home for so long that you don’t even know what to tackle first.
Most people look at a doom pile and see something that needs to be cleaned up or put away. But after working with hundreds of ADHD women, I’ve come to see them differently.
Your doom piles can actually tell you something important about what’s making your home harder to manage than it needs to be. And once you understand what they’re really telling you, you can stop treating yourself like the problem and start addressing what’s actually getting in the way.
I’ll show you exactly what I mean during the workshop.

This workshop is for you if...
You have ADHD, think you might have ADHD, or strongly relate to ADHD traits.
You avoid inviting people over because you’re embarrassed by the state of your home.
You feel uncomfortable having your children’s friends over because you’re worried about what they’ll think.
You constantly feel overwhelmed by clutter, even when you know exactly what needs to be done.
You struggle to do low-stake tasks you know you need to do.
You’ve tried organising systems that worked for a while, only to have them completely fall apart.
You feel guilty, embarrassed, or ashamed when you look around your home.
You’re tired of blaming yourself and want to finally understand why this has been so hard.
Thanks to Caroline and her wonderful ideas, today every day is a pleasure for me when I come home. To my surprise, taking off my clothes, my bag, and putting everything in its (right) place gives me real pleasure and daily gratitude that doesn’t fade with time. I couldn’t even imagine that this would be possible. Mille merci for this, Caroline!

I'm a Professional Organiser, Platinum KonMari Consultant, podcast host, and founder of Clutter Free Collective. I’ve spent more than 1,000 hours inside the homes of ADHD women, helping them understand why traditional organising advice hasn’t worked for them and find practical ways to create calmer, more manageable homes.
My approach isn’t about forcing you to become a naturally tidy person. It’s about understanding how your ADHD brain works and creating systems and habits that work with it instead of against it.
I always like to be completely transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.
Towards the end of the workshop, I’ll spend around 10–15 minutes sharing how I can support ADHD women who’d like ongoing help with decluttering and creating a home that works for them. The workshop itself is completely free, and you’ll receive the full training whether or not you decide to work with me afterwards.
(Optional)

If you’ve spent years wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?” This workshop will help you finally understand what’s going on.
You don’t need another cleaning hack, another organising system you’ll feel guilty about abandoning, or another reminder to simply try harder. You need to understand what’s actually getting in the way.
Reserve your free place today and join me for this 60-minute workshop. And if you can’t make it live, you’ll also receive access to the limited-time 52-hour replay.
