ADHD coaching and support inside Clutter Free Collective for women who are tired of constantly starting over.
If you have ADHD, suspect you do, or strongly recognise yourself in ADHD traits, this is for you.
You don’t need another planner, another storage basket or another promise to “try harder.”
You need support that works with your brain, your home and your real life.
You’ve spent years telling yourself that this time you’ll stay on top of things.
This time you’ll keep the kitchen clear.
This time you’ll use the planner.
This time you’ll finally get organised.
And then life happens.
Work gets busy. The children need you. You forget about the planner. The clutter quietly creeps back.
Before you know it, you’re right back where you started.
Not because you don’t care.
Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you’re failing.
But because you’ve been trying to make organising systems work for a brain they were never designed for.
Clutter Free Collective is my membership for women who want to create a home that feels calmer, easier to manage and far less overwhelming.
The ADHD Support Branch is a dedicated part of that membership for women with ADHD, women waiting for an assessment, and women who simply recognise themselves in ADHD traits.
It’s designed to help you stop carrying your home around in your head every day.
I’m a Platinum-Level KonMari Consultant, professional organiser and host of the Living Clutter Free Forever podcast.
Over the past few years, I’ve spent more than 1,000 hours helping women create homes that feel calmer, easier to manage and far less overwhelming.
As I started sharing more about ADHD and home organisation, millions of women watched my videos, and my inbox filled with messages saying:
“I thought I was the only one.”
“I’ve never felt so understood.”
“Why has nobody ever explained it like this before?”
That’s when I realised something.
These women didn’t need more organising tips.
They needed support from someone who understood why getting started felt so hard, why motivation disappeared and why maintaining progress was often the biggest challenge of all.
That’s why I created the ADHD Support Branch inside Clutter Free Collective.

Instead, we focus on:
Small, realistic wins.
Simple systems.
Short resets.
Gentle accountability.
Compassion instead of guilt.
Progress instead of perfection.
Because the goal isn’t to have the tidiest house on the street.
The goal is to stop thinking about your house all the time.

Your first 30 days
We’ll focus on building momentum.
Together, we’ll choose one or two small areas of your home that are causing you the most stress or frustration.
Not because they’re the biggest jobs.
Because they’ll give you the biggest sense of relief.
You’ll experience quick wins that help you prove:
I can start.
I can finish.
I can keep it that way.
Every small success builds confidence. And confidence is what helps you keep going.
Months 2–3
We’ll build on those early wins.
You’ll begin creating simple routines and systems that make everyday life easier.
You’ll spend less time wondering where to start and more time knowing exactly what your next step is.
The months that follow
This is where lasting change happens if you decide to continue in Clutter Free Collective.
You’ll learn how to maintain your progress, recover quickly when life gets busy and stop feeling like every setback means you’re back at square one.
Life will still happen.
The difference is, you’ll know how to reset.
Success isn’t about having a Pinterest-perfect home.
Success is:
Walking through your front door and feeling calmer instead of overwhelmed.
Knowing where to start instead of standing there frozen.
Sitting down in the evening without feeling guilty about everything still waiting to be done.
Being able to clear your kitchen in 15 minutes instead of avoiding it all evening.
Inviting someone over without panic cleaning first.
Trusting yourself to keep going, even after a busy week.
Spending less time thinking about your home and more time enjoying your life.
That’s what we’re working towards.
Not perfection.
A home that supports your life instead of stealing your headspace.

You’re not joining another programme.
You’re giving yourself something many women have never had before.
Someone in your corner.
Someone who understands.
Someone who’ll help you keep going when life gets busy.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from having the right support.

That’s absolutely fine.
Many of the women I support are waiting for an assessment or simply recognise themselves in ADHD traits.
If my social media or podcast make you feel understood, you’re very welcome here.
You’re definitely not alone.
Most women who join tell me exactly the same thing.
The difference is that you won’t be trying to do this on your own.
You’ll have ongoing support, accountability and someone helping you get back on track whenever life gets busy.
Most of the women I work with are juggling work, children, relationships and everything else life throws at them.
That’s exactly why we focus on small, manageable steps rather than asking you to spend whole weekends decluttering.
Life happens.
We’ll simply reset together and keep moving forward.
No guilt.
No shame.
No starting from scratch.
I’ve heard those words hundreds of times.
You won’t be judged here.
You’ll be supported, encouraged and helped to take one small step at a time.
This is one of the questions I’m asked most often.
While I can’t change your family overnight, I can help you create systems that are easier for everyone to maintain and show you ways to encourage more support at home.
"I was so stuck. I’d tried everything. But this gave me the structure and kindness I didn’t know I needed. Now I feel proud of my space again."
"The live sessions were what got me over the line. I actually finished something. That’s a first."
“I didn’t realize how much emotional weight I was carrying until I let the clutter go.”
"This is so much more than tidying. I’ve cried, laughed, and found myself again."

If you’ve recognised yourself in this page, I hope one thing has become clear.
This isn’t really about decluttering.
It’s about creating a home that supports your life instead of stealing your headspace.
It’s about replacing the exhausting cycle of starting over with simple systems that actually work for your brain.
It’s about finally having someone in your corner who understands the challenges you’re facing and will help you keep moving forward, even when life gets busy.
Most importantly...
It’s about investing in yourself.
Because you deserve to feel calmer in your own home.
Your first three months
Your investment to join the ADHD Support Branch of Clutter Free Collective is $174 USD for your first three months of coaching, accountability and support.
At the end of those three months, your membership will automatically renew every three months, so you can continue receiving the support and accountability that help lasting change happen.
You're free to cancel at any time, so you're never locked into staying longer than feels right for you.
Because the goal isn't to "fix" everything in three months.
The goal is to help you build momentum, create systems that last and give you the support to keep moving forward.
As the membership continues to grow and evolve, the investment will increase.
Joining now means you’ll secure today’s investment for the time you decide to remain in the membership.
