A FREE 3-day LIVE challenge for ADHD women ready to clear the paper clutter that keeps piling up, gets pushed aside and never quite leaves the mind.
Save the dates!
26, 27 & 28 September
11am ET / 8am PT/ 5pm CEST / 4pm UK
3 days. 20 minutes each day. Totally doable.
You know the pile needs sorting. You’ve probably walked past it a hundred times thinking, I really need to deal with that.
But paper is rarely just paper.
It’s a bill that needs paying. A form that needs filling in. A receipt you’re not sure you should keep. A letter you need to do something with. And that important thing you’re terrified of throwing away in case you need it later.
For ADHD women, all those tiny decisions can quickly become overwhelming. So you avoid the paper pile and tell yourself you’ll come back to it.
And somehow, three months later, it’s still there.
The Paper Reset will help you break that cycle, clear some much-needed head space, and finally feel more in control of the paper in your home.

JOIN THE 3-DAY PAPER RESET
We’ll meet live for just 20 minutes each day, with an optional 15 minutes of body doubling afterwards if you want to keep going.
You don’t need to work out what to keep, what can go, or where to put everything on your own. Each day, I’ll give you one small, focused task so you can make progress without getting overwhelmed by all those decisions at once.
Day 1 Contain the chaos
Bring your scattered paper into one manageable place, reduce the fear of what’s hiding in those piles, and walk away knowing exactly what you’re dealing with and where to start.
Day 2 Sort without the overwhelm
Build on Day 1 by sorting your paper into simple, ADHD-friendly categories, making decisions without getting stuck and starting to uncover the important things you’ve been afraid you might lose.
Day 3 Create a system that works
Turn what you’ve sorted into a simple system you can actually maintain, so you know where important papers are, what still needs action and how to stop the piles taking over again.
Each session is just 20 minutes, with an optional 15 minutes of body doubling afterwards if you want to keep going.

You’ll be surrounded by other ADHD women who understand why this stuff can feel so hard, and you’ll be getting it done together. I’ll be there, too, guiding you through each step and helping you through the parts that would usually bring you to a stop.
You’ll also get:
Replays if you can’t make it live
A private Facebook group for support and encouragement
Daily surprises and show-up-live extras
There’s nothing to prepare beforehand. Just come along and I’ll guide you through it.
"I was feeling so defeated, and had mostly given up on the clutter and paper piles, at least for now, because it was stressing me out so much. But I'm inspired to try again, in small chunks, and to make it a habit!" - Regan

You have ADHD, or strongly suspect you do, and paper clutter is one of those things you just can’t seem to stay on top of.
You leave important papers where you can see them because you’re worried you’ll forget about them if you put them away.
You know the paper needs sorting, but every piece seems to come with another decision, and before you know it, you’re overwhelmed and avoiding the whole thing.
You’ve bought folders, trays and filing systems with every intention of using them, but somehow the paper always starts piling up again.
You can manage deadlines, projects and responsibilities elsewhere in your life, but dealing with the paper at home feels ridiculously hard.
If that sounds familiar, you’d be so welcome.

I’m a professional organiser, certified KonMari Platinum Consultant and mum of three neurodivergent kids.
And organisation didn’t always come naturally to me either.
I’ve now spent more than 1,000 hours helping people create homes that feel calmer and easier to manage, and I’ve learned a lot about what does and doesn’t work when you have ADHD.
I’m a big believer in starting small and finding simple systems that work in your real life, even when you’re short on time and energy.
Your home doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to feel good enough that you can relax in it, feel calm and in control.
For these 3 days, we’re starting with the paper.
I’d love you to join me.
